Risto Kotalampi
The tech wizard of Hard-Core-DX.com. Started the hobby in 1980 in Finland and was active in the Finnish DX Association and local clubs in Finland, including the President of the Finnish DX Association in 1993-1997. Lately his contribution for DXing has been to find out ways to utilize Internet for DXing. Started the Hard-Core-DX as an email list in 1995.
Moved to the USA. in 1996 and is currently with America Online, Inc and it's Netscape Communications brand in Mountain View, California.

Hermod Pedersen
Web editor on the Hard-Core-DX.com web site. Been active in DXing since 1971, focusing on Latin American radio stations. This lead to Spanish studies and extensive travelling in Spain and Latin America. Have been editor of the Swedish DX magazine Eter-Aktuellt and president of the Swedish DX Federation, and started its Bulletin Board in his home closet in 1990. Five years later he started his own Nordic Shortwave Center web site on the Internet, a site now joined with the Hard-Core-DX.com.
Professionally working as a journalist, since 1995 as the Web Editor of Sydsvenska Dagbladet, Sweden's sixth largest daily newspaper.
