Re: [IRCA] WBAL is better now

After getting at least five different voice mails, I finally got a human
on the other end at WBAL. It was a receptionist who just took my
complaint and not my name or phone number. I wanted to talk with
someone in management or in engineering. Maybe one of them will call
back from my voice mail messages I left. So far my email to the
programming and production departments has gone unanswered. They do not
list an email address for their engineering department.
