[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 24 Nov

 It's been a busy day, so didn't have time to post earlier, but 
conditions were interesting here this morning.  The big Japanese weren't 
doing all that well, and in fact sank to mere carriers now and again in 
the hour before sunrise.  The only other Japanese noted was on 1134, and 
for some reason it was consistently in for my whole listening session.  
Never all that strong, but always with some audio.   VOA Thailand on 
1575 was also doing well this morning, significantly better than an 
average morning.  Korea was missing, with both 1566 and 972 producing 
carriers but no audio.  On the other hand, China was quite good today.  
Definite Chinese on 945,981, 1044, 1089, 1206 and 1593 and the audio on 
639 sounded Chinese rather than the Japanese I more usually get there.
