[IRCA] TA for 24 Nov (UTC) from Victoria, BC
....actually an audible carrier on 1575 here at 1940UT, only on the northerly Flag. Yikes. A good time to have a few days off, for sure.
Just been reading a couple of things on the Topband list along the lines of "never seen Euro conditions like this before"....
