[IRCA] lberta TPs for 6 Dec 2008

     Here in Alberta I noted similar conditions to what Dennis 
reported.  Signals were down from yestererday, and although I noted a 
good number of carriers, audio was limited to the high powered Japanese 
on 594, 693, 747, 774, and 828.
