audio above 828 kHz.

153        RUSSIA, 1414 faint audio.
279        RUSSIA, 1401 threshold audio. Weak at 1415.
594        JAPAN, JOAK 1416 weak with Japanese.
648        RUSSIA, VoR 1406 fair with woman in Korean.
657        DPR of KOREA, 1418 fair with usual music.//3250.
774*      JAPAN, JOUB 1411 weak with woman in Japanese.
828*      JAPAN, JOBB 1420 weak with woman in Japanese.
1665      UNKNOWN, 1425 level 4 carrier.  First time noticed here.
