I'm about 15 miles from the Vashon transmitters, perhaps three or so times
the distance to/from Pete's QTH, and I've never heard the mixing
product(s), even though both 710 and 770 could probably power my house if
I could collect the RF energy they are sending my way.  I just gave a
daytime listen, and nothing heard.  The towers bear about 169 degrees from
me.

I notice that they both have different patterns dan and night (DA-N and
DA-2, respectively) - does it change between day and night power times?
