Back in the 70s & 80s, many Hawaiians had local signals here. It was not
uncommon to hear KMVI 550 at S9+20DB completely wiping out KOAC, hands
down night after night. KIKI was strong. Now Hawaiians do not have the
punch they once had. None do. Probably conditions. But in the late 70s &
early 80s, DUs were armchair copy across the dial night after night too.
