Re: [IRCA] LF Engineering H-800 opinions sought
Hi Lee:
I use the H-900 model, which is very similar. I have several locals, and
it seems to handle them very well as long as I don't kick in the preamp on
the unit. It is hands-down better than a double-length slinky I have up
in the attic on all bands.
I know that Dennis Vroom in Vancouver, WA uses an H-800 every morning for
lower-band TP work. He's got a pretty big EWE which is somewhat better in
the mid- to upper-band range.
