[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 9-25

Like Dennis said, pretty much a repeat of yesterday's low average
propagation, but it did have its moments. At maximum dawn enhancement (1342),
weak audio in Chinese came up on 1116 on both the modified 2010 and E100,
obviously one of the CNR stations. 675 also came up audio at the same time in
presumed Vietnamese, and an under-modulated 1035 was flirting with audio around
1337.
The usual powerhouses were booming in, with JOAK-594 the star
performer, easy audible on a Prison Radio. In summary, conditions were maybe a shade
better than yesterday, but nothing like two days ago. Frequencies like 684,
756,1107 and 1143 (being chased for new E100 loggings) were anemic indeed.
