Re: [IRCA] RFI versus QRM and TVI too!

Bob,

It so happens I'm pretty familiar with PG&E's distribution system, being
that its service area ended at about 2 miles south of Delano and was fed
from Wasco. Delano (VOA Delano) is SCE territory.

Describe the nature of your noise, and maybe we can walk you through. Which
town are you in? (I should remember, being
native CA and having been out there 2001-2003 at VOA Delano).

Dang it. It really should be called Radio Martí Delano because most of
Delano's hours are from Martí, and from substituting
for transmitters in Greenville when they break down and can't get another
one to work on that frequency or the others are already on the air. Most of
my salary was paid by Martí.
