The manufacturer claimed ten to twelve hours on rechargeable AAs at 
the rollout for the new Tivoli line.  (I believe it was six batteries, 
but don't quote me.)  It probably will be less in practice, but even 6-
8 hours would be a big step forward for these digital to analog 
devices.  The inboard re-charge was said to be 2-3 hours.
