Should have added the use of internet radio in the office during the
day. In that venue, I'll listen mostly to CBC Radio Two, BBC Radio 3
and Radio 4 mainly for classical music or the odd program like
Crossing Continents on Radio 4. At slow times, I've bounced around to
the various European public radio networks such as Denmark, Sweden,
Iceland, Ireland, etc. just to hear what sort of content is there. I
have a shortwave radio in the office and switch it on and bandscan
from time to time, but it mostly serves as a nice piece of furniture.
In general, I like to have the radio (or an audio source of some kind)
on just about all the time except when it's impractical or too
distracting to do so.
