I could grab the old SCA decoder I have out of mothballs and hook it up, but
chances are neither one of us could tell the difference between the Chinese
and Korean ones that are out there without a translator.  I might give you
the obvious suggestion, contact Sinocast.  They are one of Arthur Liu's
broadcat concerns and run sucarriers and Cable TV channels.  You should be
familiar with his Multicutural Broadcasting, owner of many broker time AM
stations in the NY and other markets.
