It's a little more convoluted in the DC/Balto area, politics not
withstanding (ya think?). Nationals and Orioles coverage is mainly held by
the newly-formed Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN). MASN is either fed to
WDCA (Channel 20) or  WPXW (Channel 66) for local broadcast; and Comcast
Sports Net (formerly Home Team Sports) for cable. DirecTV will black out
any ballgame on it's MASN direct feed that is already scheduled for the
local channel or Comcast. DirecTV also provides all of the other regionals
in their expanded Sports Package. I'm not real sure if the blackout is
lifted if you buy it or not.
