I have had 3 or 4 requests for VACTROL sets -

Here is an approximate break down of the main parts which brings
me to the price for a set for those interested.

Aluminum Box (for indoor controller)  - $9.00
Binding Posts (for antenna end box) $6.00
Plastic case for outdoor antenna termination box - $5.00
BNC Connector X 2 - $8.00
10-turn Bournes vernier - $17
10-turn Bournes 500 ohm or 1000 ohm POT - $17
Power jack for wall wart - $2.00
Opti-Isolator - $12.00
V- Regulator - $2.00
Circuit boards - $3.00
Assorted resistors, capacitors, POWER LED and diodes - $2.00

*Wall-Wart and BNC terminated coaxial cable not included.*

That is 83 dollars (Canadian) [your lucky day folks to the South!]

I'd say that since we are a family, I am not going to attach any labor or
assembly costs -- so I am prepared to price these at *$85 (US)*
*shipping included* (if the shipping is around $15 or so...)

For those interested (there were 3 or 4...) send me your opinion on this.
I think I have 3 sets made already and circuit boards for 3 more sets to
populate
and I can order more circuits from OSH PARK in a heart beat.
