Here on Cape Cod with one antenna that aims south and another aimed east, WJR is typically only a minor problem for DXing 760. Even when it shows up on both antennas it can easily be phase nulled with a Quantum Phaser or d-i-y equivalent.  An ordinary indoor loop or a portable radio's built-in ferrite rod also has little difficulty nulling The Great Voice of the Great Lakes.
Here on the other hand, WJR is a pest and barely nullable. As for Latin DX when it pops up, Colombia and Cuba are the most common guest. I also heard Uirapuru on a very few occasions.
