[IRCA] TP 14 Jan Victoria version
Another uninspiring morning, with little evidence of sunrise
enhancement. (or much of anything else)
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man in Japanese? 1159UT, then pips, faded up as English
lessons started; this popped up from time to time into audio for the
next hour or two, but never very strong.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
567 JOIK? man talking 1333UT, Japanese inflection
891 JOHK? NHK style pips 1200UT, not much else
972 man talking 1349UT, not much of a clue to language
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
738 747 828 1116 1323 1566
best wishes,
Nick
