[IRCA] January AM loggings so far

 All times ELT.  Have since logged WSGW-790, which most of you on these boards read about last Friday.
 

  580  WELO  MS Tupelo - 1/2 2130-2149 - Fair to good with R&B oldies from the Brothers Johnson, Diana Ross & the Supremes, War, and Tina Turner, then an ID of "...heart and soul, 104.3 The Pulse".  Heard again after 2200 with songs from Sister Sledge and Michael Jackson.  Was tipped off to this by Earl Higgins and confirmed it by looking up www.pulseoftupelo.com, which mentioned WELO 580 AM on the homepage.   MS #7 at this QTH, and first time I've heard WELO since 4/21/1991.  (RD-NE) 
 
  580  CKWW  ON Windsor - 1/2 2056 - Weak in WIBW null with "Sundown" by Gordon Lightfoot and "Let's Hang On" by Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, then jingle ID of "580 CKWW, more music".  First time heard since 3/9/1995.  (RD-NE) 
 
  600  WSJS  NC Winston-Salem - 1/14 2317 - Fair under WMT with tape-delayed NASCAR discussion program "Fast Talk".  Stuck with it, was eventually rewarded at 2334 with CLs in a promo for the Clark Howard Show.  NC #3 here.  (RD-NE) 
 
 850  KFUO  MO Clayton - 1/6 1836 Fair with instrumental piano hymns and sacred music.  Took the webstream, which was only about 3 sec. behind, to nail it.  (RD-NE) 
    
  980  KSGM  IL Chester  - 1/5 1758 - Fair, //their FM sister with "KBDZ, Perryville" ID, then C&W songs "Born To Fly" by Sara Evans and "Meet In The Middle" by Diamond Rio.  Not heard anywhere since 2/6/1991.  (RD-NE)
 
  980  WYFN  TN Nashville  - 1/5 1759 - Fair with brief legal ID: "This is WYFN, Nashville".  (RD-NE) 
  
  990  KRKS  CO Denver  - 1/1 1859 - Fair in CBW null with "KRKS" jingle, mentions of "the Mighty 990" and "Denver" in legal ID.   (RD-NE) 
 
1010  KXXT  AZ Tolleson - 1/1 1944 - Good with "KXXT Ten-Ten AM" ID between REL pgrograms.  AZ #5 here.   (RD-NE) 
  
1100  KDRY  TX Alamo Heights - 1/5 1855 - Weak to fair in KFAB splatter with conclusion of REL program "Leading The Way", then an ID that sounded like "All Teaching...KDRY...".  Only have this one, WTAM, and KNZZ logged on this channel at this QTH.  (RD-NE) 
 
1140  KLTK  AR Centerton - 1/15 0929 - Faint with CLs in EE heard during SS ID.  Noted a "La Mas Mexicana" ID a half hour before.  (RD-NE) 
 
1140  KCXL  MO Liberty - 1/15 0932 - Fair with ad for event at local raceway, mention of I-70, then CLs.  Had been one of my closest unheards.  (RD-NE) 
 
1200  WAMB  TN Nashville - 1/1 1757 - Good with "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" by B.J. Thomas, then ID: "Happy New Year from WAMB, Nashville".   Had been looking for KYOO, which is still unlogged here.  (RD-NE) 
 
1270  KSCB  KS Liberal - 1/19 1722- Good with Liberal at Colby girls high school basketball game, ads for Al Shank Insurance and Keating Tractor & Equipment in Liberal.  Not new, but not often heard here.  (RD-NE) 
 
1480  KLVL  TX Pasadena - 1/15 0819 - Fair in slight KOMJ splash with ad in EE read by slightly-accented male: "...the #1 best-selling....in Houston", along with a mention of a phone number in the 713 area code during the spot.  Confirmed via webstream.  (RD-NE)
