[IRCA] AM loggings so far in November

1060  KFIL  MN Preston - 11/15 1649 - Fair and alone with ad for business in Rushford that mentioned Purina (the company that makes pet and livestock feed).  "True Country KFIL" ID heard at 1706.  (RD-NE2) 
 
1070  KVKK  MN Verndale - 11/15 1729 - Very good with weather forecast for "Wadena and surrounding communities".  First time heard here since Nov. 16th of last year.  (RD-NE2)  
 
1130  KBMR  ND Bismarck - 11/13 1956 - Solid signal with C&W oldie "The Whiskey Ain't Workin'" by Travis Tritt & Marty Stuart, then ID as "Country 1130 KBMR".  Running the day rig just a tad late, and it threw me off before I heard the ID -- for a moment, I thought the good folks at KWKH had regained their senses and reverted back to the classic country format.  (RD-NE1) 

1270  WWWI  MN Baxter - 11/15 1720 - Briefly in with only "...right here on AM 1270 3 W I" heard, then back into the Ed Schultz Show.  Excellent conditions into Minnesota at this hour, as KFAN-1270, KLIZ-1380, and KXSS-1390 were all dominating their respective frequencies.  (RD-NE2) 
 
1350  WIOU  IN Kokomo - 11/15 1806 - Good with Indiana Univ. BKB pregame show hosted by Don Fischer, mention of  "...a proud sponsor of IU athletics" heard.  A first-timer here, musta been going with the full 5000.  (RD-NE2)
 
1350  KCAR  TX Clarksville - 11/15 1905 - This old pest is at it again.  Topping the channel with local weather forecast, ID as "The Voice of Red River County...KCAR", then into Waylon Jennings' "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?".  Clearly running the 410 watt day rig, not the nighttimer at 65 watts.  (RD-NE2)
 
1470  KHND  ND Harvey - 11/9 1649 - Good with statewide weather check, current temps in Williston, Dickinson, Minot, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, Fargo, and Bismarck.  A relog, and the oddity of this reception is that KWSL, at a distance of 85 air miles from my QTH, was M.I.A. at the time.   (RD-NE2) 
 
1590  KDJS  MN Willmar - 11/17 1736 - Fair with Univ. of Minnesota FB (//1460, probably KDMA), play-by-play by Mike Grimm.  KDJS is the only 1590 on the Golden Gophers network this year.  (RD-NE2)
