I meant here that I always felt that under weak signal, SSB mode would deliver better audio with lesser noise.

Sorry for the confusion. Worth trying in any case...

Tim, do you mind publishing another version using LSB this time and keeping AGC Off?

I always felt that under weak signals, the AGC tent to pump up the noise.

This is very subjective of course but it think it worth trying...
