[IRCA] Michigan DUs Thu. morning 9/13/2012

>From West Michigan, listening from 1100-1125 UTC this morning (1123
local sunrise):

657: Around 1110 UTC I noticed a fairly decent carrier on the waterfall
producing 5 second long "dashes" where the signal would peak for five
second durations, then dip and almost dropout completely for one second
and return again. This pattern repeated for about 5 minutes until it
gradually faded. No audio noted on the peaks.

702: Finally peaked strong enough at 1118 UTC to retain the AM sync lock
on the Perseus. Hints of audio through WLW's slop.

738: Peaked about 1117 UTC with SAH noted and faint audio at times, but
could not determine language.

747: New! Carrier peaking to weak audio at 1116 UTC, talk between man
and woman that sounded like an interview, possibly Aussie accented
English but difficult for me to tell for certain. I've seen weak
carriers here before but nothing close to audio until this morning.
I've posted a clip to Youtube - warning though - the audio is weak on
this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yi4AXz8FawM

680 KNBR also noted strong at 1100, but no sign of KFI during the same
time. No other interesting domestics heard this morning.
