[IRCA] TP's for 03/23/10

Listened from 1339-1419 utc.  Conditions down from yesterday
morning here with the exception of 1512 kHz.  Very weak station
in what seemed like English.  Listened for 14 minutes and 
tunning the Palstar mw550p helped, but domestic splatter from
both sides made reception poor. ECSS did not help at all.
If Australia, would be new station here.  Only having a NW
ewe did not help either. DU's rare at this location.


153   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1344 fair with man in Russian.
180   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1345 weak with man in Russian.
774   Japan, JOUB NHK 2 1339 good ending of English Conversation lesson 
             and beginning of Global Business program at 1340.
1386  JAPAN, NHK2 1352 weak to fair with Global Business program.
1422  JAPAN, JORF 1351 weak with Japanese talk.
1512  AUSTRALIA? 2RN? very weak from 1402-1416. Seemed like Aussie English.
                 Splatter from 1510 and 1520. Just to weak to ID. 
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1348 weak-fair with Chinese program.
1575  THAILAND, VOA 1349 very weak with Asian language talk.
