Maybe it's just me, but I've literally NEVER not heard a Disney-owned 
Radio Disney outlet ID during their TOH break. It floats by a couple of 
minutes either side of :00, but the format is rock-solid consistent: a 
network promo, then a "Radio Disney's back" announcement followed by the 
local ID.
