Mesa Mike,

*IBB=International Broadcasting Bureau, parent agency of VOA, Radio
Martí, Radio Free Europe, Radio Liberty, Radio Free Asia, etc., etc.

I only heaved IBB into the mix because the land would be a nice place
to build a station transmitter. Station would have to jump through a
bunch of hoops with IBB, though.

Wouldn't be much advantage. IBB Greenville ("VOA") Site B at Black
Jack (NC) is far enough from Greenville that a 1-kWer wouldn't put
a good signal into Greenville.
