Good going, Bill.  1475 is of course Malaysia.  Last week I was getting really strong carrier from them....easily visible on the Icom 756 Pro2's scope and about an S7 signal strength, but as always, they are very very undermodulated, and with some slop from either side, makes them difficult to copy.  The music is fairly easy to hear, though........Walt.
