Nick,
You are right about Tahiti 738 being a tough one for me to measure
(or hear) because of KCBS 740. I decided to check the channel at
0756 UTC 09/02 with KCBS partially nulled. I heard weak audio,
so I figured that the carrier would be strong enough to measure their
frequency. I got three readings of 738.0006 kHz and three readings
of 738.0007 kHz before the carrier got too weak for the sync detector
to lock on to it.
