[IRCA] KKOL 1300 New site?

Does anyone know if KKOL is now operating from their new site with 50
KW? If so, I have not heard them for days. I heard Phoenix OR on there
from the South and KACI from the East. If KKOL is operation from the new
site, they sure do not have any signal to the SW. Even if they were
testing, I would presume I would hear them better than the !KW boat
location.  Thanks.
