Winning formula? Why not follow the leader? In this case, Lider Maximo?
He makes it up as he goes along. 1140 is Cadena Habana qth Habana. Other days
1140 is R. Ciudad Bandera qth Matanzas. Saturdays both battle one another and
in turn Miami.
Why? don Fido makes it up as he goes along.
Creating a reality of one's own is the ultimate liberation. Dr. kagasstro is
expert in this.
Sometimes 750 Progreso qth Trinidad - or is it Cienfuegos? You think I know?
I don't - is close to being on freq. Other days, it's high 300 to 1500+ Hz.
el Guajiro, as his Jesuit school chums dubbed him, makes it up as he goes
along.
Call letters surmised based upon available data may well be correct - or they
may not.
FCC lists calls on official site. Privately, FCC volk concede substantial
guesswork involved.
That's what's endearing about ol' Baggie Maximo - full of surprises, keeps
'em guessing.
Official position on long forgotten Cuban website explains matters. Rich in
self-praise by which tyrants break their arms by patting their horned backs,
state under Batista, Cuba had over 158 radio stations. Bagasstro deemed this
excessive and 'wisely' reduced the number to 68.
Why is 68 the optimal number of Cuban BCB's?
Because don Fido sez so. It is not for us to question his wisdom.
