How are you guys calibrating your system so that you know a difference of
3.5 Hz between measurements on different receivers taken about half a year
ago is meaningful? 


GPS-less Chuck, who wonders if you guys secretly have cesium time standards
in the spare bedroom.

last spring I measured this at 738.0005 ,  Bill, and it seems within 
a few tenths of a Hertz tonight....so I think you may have 
TAs.    Unfortunately, this might be a tough one for Al Lehr to 
measure...and I'd trust his more than mine.
