Re: [IRCA] Notes on "Inventory Insert" DX Tests

I know it is a touchy subject, but we should have someone that will
handle the QSLing out there if the station feels it cannot. The 990-CT
and 1080-CT were both a disppointment. Infact the CE at WTIC said "I did
hear them" on the phone more than once and a QSL would be forthcoming to
all, but it never has happened. I was lucky with the ppc for 1420-GA.
But getting a QSL these days is not always easy. Thank goodness for CEs
like Rene that does such a wonderful job on both the tests and QSLs. But
I still come back into asking the question, why can't an engineer just
write verified on the report, sign it and mail it back in a SASE? I
don't see why getting some form of QSL is such an issue. I still feel it
comes down to the interest in QSLing.
