And my bet is that these are not cuckoos at all but rather overlapping pips. Filtered file attached if our Cro-Magnon IRCA list will allow them.


And a further bet: the All Night Nippon program - while produced at JOLF - does not relay JOLF's cuckoo clock sound, I;ve never heard it during ANN.

At that time, JOER is relaying All Night Nippon, isn't it Gary?   I don't
know if they relay JOLF-1242's "cuckoo clock" pips also at 1700UT, but
perhaps  one of our Japanese DXers could say.
