[IRCA] TP 8 Mar Victoria version

Another morning for "sleeping in".   For the most part, the DX certainly was, with occasional flashes of life.  The bulk of that life was 1415-30UT


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

972 HLCA man in Korean 1421UT




not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

the above passing through





Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

567 man talking not //594 1410UT, but sounded Japanese; this is time for regional news.
594 man talking, Japanese? 1418UT
702 man talking, DU inflection 1403UT, sounder at 1404UT sounded like ABC's; lively 2BL
747 JOIB musical interlude, man talking //774 1420UT
1287 man talking, Japanese inflection 1414UT
1566 woman talking, sounded Chinese, choral music.  Best strength of morning at 1511UT, after local sunrise,  likely HLAZ.




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

1134 1206 1242 1422  1503 1593  seemed to be Asian;    531 612 621 891 1098  likely DU?
