There is a product called "Butter It's Not", which is a copper colored 
paste you can rub on the antenna connections.   I've used it in the 
past.  The product description calls it an Anti-Oxide Anti-Seize Paste.  
Check with your local ham dealer or one of the on-line suppliers.  It's 
produced by the same company that makes Butternut ham antennas.  The 
stuff is kind of messy, so I'd only use it on coax and other semi 
permanent connections.
