No Eric, as Mike pointed out, I stand corrected.  It's a 100mw operation run by a parochial school.  Funny I never noticed it before.

A pirate, Rich? I'm thinking it's operating under Part 15 of the FCC rules. The southwest part of Hazelwood has such a station at 95.1 MHz, operated by the First Christian Church of Hazelwood. I can only get it by pointing the antenna southwest; otherwise, Decatur, IL (WDZQ) dominates. I operated one on 107.1 MHz during the late 1990s.
