[IRCA] Passing of Ralda Cushen

I just received the sad news via David Onley that Ralda Cushen, wife of
Arthur Cushen of New Zealand, has passed away. I know they were both
very close. It must have been very rough on her to lose Arthur. She
passed on June 24th. My prayers are with the family.
