[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on Sept 6

This was my first TP session of the new season. Conditions were good by early September standards, with several stations producing some semblance of audio. None were all that strong, but it was nice to hear them again after several months' absence. There were also lots of carriers on familiar channels like 657 738 945 963 etc.

GOOD (mostly understandable by a native speaker)
890 KBBI fading atop CJDC with BBCWS 1258, "KBBI Homer, where the sound meets the sea" ID 1259, then classical guitar interlude and back to BBC 1300

FAIR (words or phrases would be recognized by a native-speaking DXer)
693 JOAB, female talk 1224, pips & talk 1300
774 JOUB, folk music 1245 //747, woman in Japanese 1254, pips 1300
972 HLCA, man & woman talking rapidly 1307, songs noted later
981 CNR1, Chinese male briefly rising above the splatter 1309
1566 HLAZ, Christian pgm, male talk in Japanese 1308

POOR (recognizable program content)
594 JOAK, weak talk & pips 1300
747 JOIB, Japanese folk music 1244, pips 1300
828 JOBB, faint folk music //747/774 1244
