[IRCA] Victoria TP's & DU'S for Tuesday, October 30, 2012

Maybe not as "good" as yesterday
but there were spurts of activity around
1420 UTC where audio squeaked through
on 603, good hets on 531, 639, audio on
747 and 774 but very transient...
and by the time I tuned up as high as 972khz
very little evidence of anything.

It was moment by moment dxing - quite literally.
