[IRCA] WHAT on 1332?

2121 EST 1332 kHz
Temple University football vs. Ohio. According to the website, the only
station with the broadcast is WHAT 1340 Philadelphia. Hearing this on the
Drake R8B, but I noted this on the Perseus, too.
What's going on here? Is this genuinely way off frequency, or am I getting
some sort of mixing product.
I've never heard of Tuesday night football before!
