[IRCA] WBIX-1060: the thousand-day verie!

1060 WBIX Natick, MA (for reception of Feb. 24, 2008 DX test)

QSL card and letter in 996 days for US mint stamp (presumably used). Letter 
apologized for the delay. Verie sent from Memphis, TN. During the almost 
1000-day wait, station changed calls and format.  They're now EWTN Catholic 
WQOM.
