[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 Nov 2010

 Definitely a bit better morning that the last few.    The 
blizzard-like conditions didn't stop the antenna from snagging  some TP 
audio this morning:

567 - JOIK Sapporo, Japan,  presumed the source of audio traces
594 - JOAK Tokyo, Japan, fair
639 - unID, rather odd, the traces of music heard sounded more like the 
Fijian than anything else, a station I haven't logged this season. 
693 - JOAB Tokyo, Japan,  fair
738 - unID, sounded like ABC Grafton,  but too weak to be certain
747 - JOIB Sapporo,Japan,  good
774 - JOUB Akita, Japan, good
828 - JOBB Osaka, Japan, good
873 -JOGB, Kumamoto, Japan, fair-good.   Doing better in comparison to 
774 etc. than it usually does
972 - S.Korea, fair
1242- JOLF, Tokyo, Japan, poor, but definitely Japanese
1566 - HLAZ, S.Korea, good, one of it's better mornings in a month actually

Not a strong sunrise enhancement noted here either, but they didn't drop 
off all that rapidly after sunrise either.
