IRIB-936 Iran mostly weak, but fair in peaks OCT 10 2245-2305 UTC with man in presumed Farsi and somber group chanting.  After 2300 a more enthusiastic female playing lively vocal music with strings, horns & percussion.  Clearly parallel to streaming audio via delicast.com.
