[IRCA] Many TAs visible on the west coast

Might be an interesting night, as I notice plenty of carriers from
Europe/Asia, still over an hour from LSS.  Some are near audio levels.  They
include:  1584 (almost audio), 1512, 1224, 1152, 1026, 1008, 936, 864, 792,
648, and 576.  Not bad so far!  .....Walt in Victoria, BC
