Re: [IRCA] [Amdx] Would this pre-amp boost signals sufficiently for a Flag ora Loop?

Just a theoretical one at this point. Mine would probably be a 10' X
25' or an 8' X 20.'

Dave, how big of a flag/loop ?
I have a 45'x75' loop that I have to attenuate it has so much gain !
I also have a 23'x30' loop that is just about right.

I had a Sanserino loop that had a small pre-amp that used a single 9v
battery. In checking out Ramsey Electronics' catalog, I see an RF
Preamp. Would this model be sufficient to amplify signals from a Ewe or
Flag antenna or a loop as the small amp did on my Sanserino?

http://www.ramseyelectronics.com/cgi-bin/commerce.exe?preadd=action&key=
SA7 I see that its coverage is broadband - 100 KHz to 1000 MHz.
Thanks.
