[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 12-29-09

A few quick checks from 1525UT onwards ..... still not exciting I fear.  Best was VoA-1575, fairly readable at peaks, followed by 972 likely HLCA, and 639, hardly there, but seemingly //5030.    1566 had the usual big carrier....oddly, at that time, 774 and 828 seemed to be (occasionally good) carrier only, no audio....early s/off?
