[IRCA] Would this pre-amp boost signals sufficiently for a Flag or a Loop?

I had a Sanserino loop that had a small pre-amp that used a single 9v
battery.  In checking out Ramsey Electronics' catalog, I see an RF
Preamp.  Would this model be sufficient to amplify signals from a Ewe or
Flag antenna or a loop as the small amp did on my Sanserino?

SA7  I see that its coverage is broadband - 100 KHz to 1000 MHz.
