I know that you may have already got some of these but "Google is your
friend."  It just took three steps instead of one to nail it down.  I
"googled" the calls and immediately looked for the "ontheradio" website.
I opened the ontheradio.cm site and I copied the phone number (CTRL-C)
and then pasted (CTRL-V) that back into Google.  The address was always
displayed in the first results or two - I did not even if have to open
another site, I could see it in the Google results page (such as
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=315-788-0790).  I hope that this
helped you so you can find addresses faster.
 
KLTC: 11291 39th St SW Dickinson, ND 58601 - I googled the calls, got a
phone number from the "ontheradio" site, then googled the # to get the
address.
KRHW: P.O. Box 907 Sikeston, MO 63801 - same technique
WDZK: 565 Franklin Ave. Hartford, CT 06114 - same technique
WNER: 134 Mullin St Watertown, NY 13601 - same technique
