If I may chime in, I'd suspect you'd be able to phase KBOI to near dust at Portland sunrise this time of the year. When I was at Grayland in Sept 2006, KPUA was local-like phasing the West BOG vs the WSW low Bev to kill KBOI. You should be able to do the same with some combo of your antennas. That doesn't mean make KPUA local-like, but it does mean that I'd expect you to easily phase KBOI down to inaudibility at that distance around your sunrise.

Re KGU...I suspect you'd have to phase KXL slop, or loop them assuming their tx is south of you.

Bill Block heard KMVI 550 in AZ, so you should get some Hawaiians in
Portland. KOAC is probably strong there, but try 670 after LSR, after
KBOI drops off, KPUA should make it. KGU 760 is also good, after KFMB is
gone.
