Listened from 1235-1430 ut.  Conditions really pick up about 1/2 hour before sunrise.  Upper channels were poor earlier, but really picked up as sunrse approached.  A lot of noise on the long-wave band this morning. 

153          Russia, 1338 weak with woman in Russian.

180          Russia, 1235 weak with man in Russian and much noise.

189          Russia, 1240 fair with music and Russian talk. noise.

234          Russia, 1247 very weak with Russian and noise.

279         Russia, 1248 faint with music. noise. Good 1252 with piano
               music.

558         Japan, JOCR weak at 1258 with Japanese talk. One tone at 1300
               fair signal.

567         Japan, JOIK very weak, 1303.

594         Japan, JOAK fair at 1305 with man in Japanese.

603         Unknown, 1308 very weak in Asian langauge.  Not strong enough
               to compare to // 594 NHK 1.

648         Russia, 1318 weak.

657         PDR Korea, 1355 fair with woman singing.  Good at 1358 with
               instrumental music.

666         Japan, JOBK weak with man in Japanese at 1400.

675         ? 1402 weak signal with Asian talk. 

738         Unknown, 1406 weak with Asian language.

774         Japan, JOUB 1328 Japanese talk with much splatter.

828         Japan, JOBB 1341 weak with Chinese lessons.

1323       China, 1412 fair with woman in Asian language.

1377       China, CNR1 1410 fair with music //4460.  

1566       Republic of Korea, 1420 weak with Chinese?

1575       Thailand, VOA 1415 weak with woman in Asian langauge.

1593        China, 1418 very weak in Asian language.
