Are we talking about the U.S. here...
or Iraq under Saddam? 

No one is going to be forced to do anything.
Like I said about choice previously:

"You can buy a WiFi radio from C-Crane and
 tune in over 100 countries.
No U.S. government or corporation will take that away from you.

And even if the U.S. went "All digital" in the next 5 years...
Do you think that Canada is going to follow this? We are, after all,
a sovereign nation.
Combine that with the fact that a probable 5% of Americans that live
near the Canadian border are avid CBC fans.

I think we all need to put a tab of Atavan under our tongue and relax.
